St Cuthbert’s Chapel at Menzies Creek was built in 1907 and opened on Good Friday that year by the Anglican Archbishop of Melbourne who also planted an Oak tree which still remains.

The book is primarily religious and socially significant for understanding the local church community especially as it records collections, attendance and communicants
