Significance

Nokia is a Finnish multinational corporation. Starting in the 1990s and until the advent of the iPhone and the Android, Nokia produced some of the world's most successful phones. However, it was ultimately not able to compete with the smartphone evolution although its phones are still valued for durabilty and reliability.
