Ornate World War 1 Honour Board with elaborate carvings.

Inscriptions & markings

At the top of the board 'Duty Always' is inscribed. Each side is embellished with laurel wreath and torch motifs. Main inscription: 'Great European War/Roll of Honor 1914-1918/Teachers & Pupils/of Pepper's Plain State School No. 3121' followed by 25 names of enlistees and fallen, denoted by +supreme sacrifice.
