Physical description

.1) Presentation box, black with white & black linen and felt lining with inset space for a medallion.
.2) Medallion round silver colour, one side has a depiction of a Memorial, other has a depiction representing the 3 Service's with text around the medallion. The medallion is 4.7 centimetres dia.

Inscriptions & markings

.1) On the box lid in silver, "Dedication of the National Servicemen's Memorial Canberra 2010"
.2) On the medallion, "Anniversary of National Service 1951 - 1972"
