Physical description
Khaki colour ID Wallet, folded with velcro deal. one pocket inside and small pocket on back. Two clear plastic pockets on front and long string to put around the neck so ID would be on display. Black elastic tube attached to side for pen or marker and black elastic band on inside in which documents could be held.
