Set of 9 colour laser printed images of a Bendigo Tramways (SEC), ticket manual or ticket instruction sheets issued by the SEC c1937. Details the methodology of the ticketing system. Original sheets in poor order forwarded to Bendigo Tramways June 2005, contained within Zetta Florence foolscap size polypropylene enclosures, along with a set of the colour laser prints. All tickets printed in black ink, and the word "cancelled" written across the face of the ticket in red ink unless noted otherwise. Sheet 1 - not received at time of donation. This is a ticket for one adult to cruise on the P.S.Curlip 11 which operated from the Brodribb Jetty in Marlo.from 2007 - 2015. "Paddle Steamer Curlip, a 62 feet long, traditional, plank on frame carved timber vessel, that was built by the people of East Gippsland at Orbost, in far Eastern Victoria. The undertaking to design and build this vessel, as a community project commenced in 2002. The community, based around Orbost was largely dependant on the Timber industry in the surrounding Victorian High Country. With the closure of Alpine logging and the creation of vast National Parks, the people of the region needed to create a major undertaking to bond the community and engender… a sense of belonging, this was critical for many of the men, who were dispossessed with the loss of their historical timber and forestry industry." The ticket is printed using turquoise colour ink, with the ticket number in black ink. Ticket in the style of the SEC tram tickets. Tickets used for Adult Return, Child Return and Child Single from 24/12/1974 to 31/10/1985. Demonstrates the Museum's ticketing systems and ongoing production of tickets.Book of 10 All Day Tickets, numbered A001001 to A001010 printed for the Ballarat Vintage Tramway, contained within an orange colour front cardboard (front cover) and brown cardboard back cover sheet, with a single staple on the left hand side. On the front cover is stamped the first number of the ticket block. Each ticket is from a light yellow card stock, printed with green ink showing the month of issue on the sides and date of issue (1 to 31) on the top or bottom. Each ticket is numbered and has a perforated left edge to enable it to be torn from the book. Ticket punched by the conductor to shown the month and date of issue. On all tickets, just to the left of the staple has been printed with the Printers name and phone number. On the cover, the same information has been impressed on the cover as well, but no ink. Each ticket is from a light yellow card stock, printed with green ink showing the month of issue on the sides and date of issue (1 to 31) on the top or bottom. Each ticket is numbered and has a perforated left edge to enable it to be torn from the book. Ticket punched by the conductor to shown the month and date of issue. On all tickets, just to the under the staple is a vertical heavy green band. Used from late 1975 until March 1986. Item collected for archives on at time of issue. Collected for Archives 30/6/2004.
