A check ticket was issued by a conductor for each trip made. Has details of the availability on the rear. Notes that the ticket is available for trams, buses and light rail. Two different versions - priced at $7.20 and one unpriced. The first has The Met logo on the rear (see item 6313 for $5.60 version).
