It was during this period that a number of significant improvements were made to roads and new bridges constructed within the shire that remain in place as of present day (2022). In many situations, the photos provide a tangible visible record of infrastructure that existed throughout the early days of the Shire. Two Classification Reports on Public Art in the City of Caulfield. Permanent Art Collection made by the National Trust of Australia (Victoria) on The Family and Adam and Eve by Karl Duldig with an accompanying letter dated 29/10/1993 to CEO D. Aglen informing him of their placement on the National Trust Register. Also included are a photocopy report of the same nature on the Karl Duldig Artworks in the Kadimah Cultural Centre also included, with a letter. Dated 05/05/1992 to the Centre’s president Moshe Ajzenbud. A limited edition of a book "A History of the Bentleigh East Primary School No. 2083 formerly Bentleigh formerly East Brighton 1878-1978" published to mark the centenary of the Bentleigh East Primary School celebrated from 1 – 5th August 1978. The book was compiled by the Principal Peter Morris and is a collection of incidents, reminiscences and anecdotes arranged in chronological order to capture the character of the differing periods through which the school passed. It provides an insight to the development of the area and of the school and includes a list of school principals from 1878 – 1978, an honor roll for WW1 students etc. Notes on the Camm family who donated the School Centenary Book A newspaper article on the centenary celebrations. Emil William (Mon) Motschall lived at Panton Hill all his life and married Marjorie Smith, also a local. In 1969, he was awarded the British Empire Medal for services to the local Fire Brigade and was involved with other local organisations. Marjorie wrote two chapters in Alan Marshall's book "Pioneers and Painters" and wrote a history of Panton Hill. In 1981, Jo and Graham established a cleaning business. She has been contributed to St Margaret's in various roles.
