In background is Morseheads building and another single trucker heading onto Bridge St. Tram 13 has "Twin Lakes" sign in multiple colours on front panel, 26 has briquette ad and the bogie car has an SEC Ad as well. Bogie car has front or east trolley pole up, as if to run back to Bridge St. All trams fitted with dash canopy lighting, but not the large white strip on the front panel. Risson) to Deputy Chairman, about a suggestion by Mr. Grimwade about running boards and the width of trams. Brass door roller from a former Melbourne cable car trailer - numbered 2 222 - probably No. 2 end of trailer No. 222. Consists of a large cast section for attachment to the top of the door, roller wheel and axle. Cable trams commenced in 1885 and by 1891 there were 350 sets. Black & White Photograph of one of the ESCo Toastracks being assembled in the Exhibition Buildings in Grenville St., north of the Alfred Hall in 1905.
