Notes history of dispute, MMTB, SEC, Adelaide, Hobart, Launceston, Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong. Details basis for decisions of Contract of Employment, additional rates for trackman, time allowance at commencement and finish of duty, meals, training of traffic employees, special night allowances, margins.
