The Keith Wingrove Trust conducts a competition among Australian artists, graphic designers and students for the production of Ex Libris Bookplates. The competition is called The Australian Bookplate Design Award. The purpose of the competition is to increase interest in and to attract publicity to the artistic value of bookplates. Although the competition is referred to as 'Australian' there is a category of award open to International artists. This bookplate was part of the 2013 Australian Bookplate Award. The 3-inch (81.5mm) mortar was used by the Australian Army during WW2 and later until replaced by the US 81mm mortar in the late 1960s. Ammunition was usually carried in these cardboard 3-packs. Sets of vintage fire irons or tools were used to maintain a fire and clean a fireplace. They usually consisted of three or four items, sometimes on a vertical stand.A 20th century set of four wrought iron fire irons hanging on a heavy steel base square stand with the main rod riveted to the base. This medal was awarded to JG Hopkins at the 1934 Melbourne Centenary Royal Show for placing third for the best Dairy Shorthorn Bull, 1 Year. The animal's name was Carramar Lord Deverley".
