Cast hexagonal nickel plated brass or sterling silver badge with a single hole in the top, with words "Prahran Tramways Trust Malvern" on one side and on reverse "Officers No. Pass" with the number "6" stamped in. Fitted with a nickel plated ring. Raised edges with flat sides. Manufacturer unknown. In the lower edge of the reverse of the badge are the letters "STC.SN" stamped in.
