Possibly a sample of a product, Melbourne Tram Passport, that was compiled or put together by Go Public in 1995 as a promotion to use Melbourne trams and receive discounts at various venues. No evidence is known of its actual use in practice. On the last page of the Guide Book are the names of David Miller and Frank Pallay and Go Public's Elsternwick PO Address. Mounted decal "The Melbourne Tram" - glued to green vinyl covered craftwood or similar timber. Has a hanging strip or cord with two metal lugs screwed into the mounting material on rear. Mounted by "The Exhibition Centre" Randal advised that Y469 was painted dark green very briefly in 1992 - an initiative of the Kirner Government to operate "The Melbourne Tram" as a tourist service.
