Set of two pamphlets involved the concept of the "Route 96 Project - Have your say: Nicholson Street Early Designs". Notes the introduction of the E class tram. .1 - DL full colour booklet, 24 pages with a questionnaire response form, outlining the Route 96 project to speed up trams providing route segregation for most of the distance. Issued 2013. Provides concept designs, Blyth St terminus, easy access stops, tram lanes. Gives dates for meetings. .2 - fold out full colour map, 8 folds, printed both sides providing details of the planning for the various stops and segregation between Victoria Parade and Blyth St.. The loss of car parking and issues with the Fitzroy St St Kilda stop met a lot of opposition. The Blyth St terminus was rebuilt June 1015. The Gift box or tin, with lid, has the words "Celebrating our first year together", with the Keolis Downer EDI Rail logo and Yarra Trams logo. The box contains a silver coloured metal torch, with LED bulbs fitted with a cotton hand strap. Three AAA size batteries by Ninghai Hengjui Battery Co. contained within the dark grey foam holder. Printed by Regent Press Pty Ltd, 457 Plenty Road, Preston. Provides in a Q & A format, instructions to drivers in electric car operation, photos of various types of controllers, an A.B.C. for tramways drivers - "always" points to remember and has a reference index. Copy 1 - has telephone numbers of Training School and specific pointers re Regulations 106 and 107 and some of the Q&A have been circled in blue. This copy was imaged. Demonstrates how advertising was done within W class tramcars - boxes of the driver's door and yields information about the Firestone Sundowner casual shoes.Poster Firestone Rubber Company "Sundowners", the dress casual shoes for the family. Thought to date from the late 1960's possibly when the trams were withdrawn.
