3056.1 - Printed form titled "Outfit Record" of the SEC, Electricity Supply Department, Provincial Tramways, on off white heavy duty paper. Gives value of tickets up to 12c, 8c parcel tickets. Has space for branch, date of issue, clerk, total stocks issued and outfit numbers. Form has number TRM 583-2 (OP110) , with two large holes on left hand side for holding or filing into accounts books. Form ruled in grey ink with printing of numbers etc in black. 3056.2 - as for above, but with fare values up to 15c and parcel tickets of 10c. Demonstrates aspects of the way the SEC reinforced a particular rule - rule 10A - intoxication - to employees by printing a special supplementary sheet and expanding on the rule itself.Single sheet of duplicated paper, titled "Special Order 66/1" in addition to the Rules Governing Employees, dated 9/1964 (See Reg, Item 3117). Given as Rule 10A, gave instructions regarding intoxicating liquor; alcohol, drinking on the job, entering hotels etc. Prepared by LGD (Les Denmead) and signed by F. K. White as Manager. Shows the tram operations with many short workings with some very detailed instructions, including running specials to schools.Demonstrates aspects of the Ballarat Tramways at the end of the operations prior to closure. Gives details of working hours, rosters for the week for crews. Shows the additional trams to the basic service on Weekdays and special instructions for picking up school children etc.Set of Table or Run sheets for the Ballarat Tramways. Two tables per sheet, punch along top edge, with ring protectors on top sheet. Groups of sheets have been stapled centrally along the top edge. Prepared by crews from sheets to enable them to know what service times to run, meal times, details of crew changes etc, based on their allocated shift or run from the roster.Sixty (60) page notebook with brown card board covers. Each sheet faint ruled, both sides, with some additional pages fixed in. Right hand side only has the hand written details of each SEC Ballarat runs - giving sign on times, notes, timetables, which run taken or taken by, meal times, notes with regard to special instructions, finish times notes with corrections and changes. Includes weekday and Saturday runs. Sunday timetables not included in the notebook pages. Image 1 shows covers and image 2, one of the sheets with the runs printed on both side of the page. Probably prepared late 1960's by Les Denmead (assumption here - See Reg item 3289 and 3478 for Geelong Bendigo version), given the hand written notes etc.Yields historical notes and statistics on the Bendigo Tramway system - the statistical information being the most important. Gives details of trams from the City for Rubicon St and Sebastopol for the various days and inbound trams from Rubicon, indicating that trams ex Sebastopol ran 10 minutes earlier. Has a strong association with tram crews and the rosters crew workings, possibly D.J. Everett. Prepared by crews from sheets to enable them to know what service times to run, meal times, details of crew changes etc, based on their allocated shift or run from the roster.Approx 43 page notebook with brown card board covers, within a red plastic Croxley folder Each sheet faint ruled, both sides. Croxley notebook within spiral bound card covers, Lion Brand, No. SF303. Both sides of most pages has the hand written details of each SEC Ballarat runs - giving sign on times, notes, timetables, which run taken or taken by, meal times, notes with regard to special instructions, finish times notes with corrections and changes.
