Model of a Melbourne A class tram, partly assembled with some parts in a plastic bag. Fitted with an operable pantograph. Painted Melbourne colours of green and cream with PTC logo and number 276 in black on the trolley pole retriever position showing the destination of Mont Albert, Route 42. Model built by Weico. Report by J Andrews, Kew Depot ATMOEA delegate dated 24/9/1991 about the possibility of cross linking some tram routes and issues or objections raised, looking at specifically Kew Depot routes, 42, 48 and 78/79, includes comments on route 75. A second document looks at the possibly extension of the Mont Albert route to Box Hill and the advantages of this, including the politics. Booklet - 16 pages centre stapled with in a purple red stippled cover outlining the "Malvern Electric Tramways Club - Rules and Constitution", dated 27/2/1941. Note on page 3, that the club was to consist and limited MMTB male employees. One its aims was to promote and maintain a sick, accident and funeral fund. Rule 42 has been amended by a paste over section over the rule itself and rule 50 amended by another paste in section on the inside of the rear page. .1 - Second copy - undated with different cover, but similar rules, no amendments, issue to "Bounds E. Light grey card folder manufactured by the Roneo Printing Works of Rumford England with the file title "Fire Switches, glued to the top of the folder on the inside back cover. Contains many memos from the MMTB Traffic Managers, Depot Managers about the arrangements for the visit of the Royal Highnesses the Duke and Duchess of York in April 1927. Also contains memo re cable tram arrangements for this event from Port Melbourne depot, arrangements for Christmas holidays and other holidays from about 1924 to 1944, including a map of the procession and printed programs by the Government Printer.
