Lazarus Esq advising that he capably acted as Surveyor and Superintending Engineer for the construction of various sections of tramway track in Ballarat and thanking home for his work. Signed by E. James Beauchamp, Assistant Engineer and Manager. Accompanying the photocopy is a photocopy of a letter dated 17/3/1993 from Brian Robertson of 20 Main St Welshpool.
