A booklet commemorating the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II which was held 2 June 1953. The booklet goes through the history of Coronations in England, detailing the church (Westminster Abbey; includes drawn black and white picture), the Coronation Regalia and the meaning of each piece (photographed in colour), the coronation itinerary and the route to and from Westminster Abbey on the back cover. There is also a black and white photo of Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Philip and their children Prince Charles (now Charles III) and Princess Anne. The most secretive experiments of the most secretive scientists were carried out in Room Z at the Woomera Range Space Rocket Division. The only people with a key were the topmost scientist, the Prime Minister and the cleaning lady. They had to wait until 5pm for the cleaning lady to arrive so they could get Crafty Carson Carpetbag out, who was hiding from The Flying Dogtor. The Flying Dogtor could hear Crafty making whistling, humming noises and the Secret Service Man said he was messing with Mixture 8X, the most secretive invention of them all, Special Reducing Mixture for use when travelling in small satellites.The Flying Dogtor" series was broadcast on Australian Television Network (later becoming the Seven Network) between February and April 1964 (see item D254 for schedule).Handwritten in pencil, foolscap, 2 pagesThe title is crossed out and it is noted that this is a contraction (eliminating sound effects) of Episodes 23, 24, and 25. The item is a hard cover book recording stock in 1889 for T.J. Connolly, Ironmongers, Sandhurst. Each handwritten page lists goods by location, quantity, description, prices with price total at the bottom of each page. Locations include shelves, floor, yard, factory, paint shop. Pages 1 to 175 have been numbered by hand. An alphabetical index list types of stock from pages 158 to 164. Pages from number 165 to the end of the book are blank. The hard cover is patterned and shows some wearing at the corners and front and large patches of wear on the back. The spine edge is red with considerable wear at the top and bottom. The front cover has a paper rectangle stuck to the middle, with an ornate printed border and "Stock 1889" handwritten inside the border. The pages are bound together with string.
