Gave advice of the era for such interviews and objectives of the interview.First page of SEC printed Circular titled "Vacancies and Appointments", for 9 Sept. 1960. Part of the SEC system for advising staff positions etc to their personnel. Issue 60/35 and records that it was four pages. Demonstrates aspects of the SEC ticketing, governance and monitoring systems. The Pass or ticket could be issued to a SEC staff member to enable travel on the tramways while on business. Style remained very similar to the end of the tramways.SEC Provincial Tramways "Staff Ticket" No. Aa000448. Printed on heavy dark brown paper with black printing. Ticket good for single trip only, of use by employees when travelling on Commission's business. Form No. TYE-2-19. Not known when printed, possibly 1960's maybe earlier. Yields information about No. 25 (one of the best side on photographs of this tram) and the fitting or trial of roof advertisements that was a prominent feature of SEC trams from the late 1950's onwards. Noted in an actual photograph, only one roof advertisement fitted.Black and white print of a photograph of No. 25 in the SEC Ballarat depot yard fitted with two blank advertising boards on the roof. Understood prepared to give details to prospective advertisers or to show management how arrangements could be made. The article has photos of celebratory flood lighting in Bendigo, Victoria Gardens during 1937, for the Bendigo Carnival and Coronation Celebrations. Festivities were held in Victoria Gardens. Set of 10 sheets, photocopied on heat sensitive paper, foolscap size graph paper sheets giving the weekday tables or runs for the SEC Ballarat trams following the closure of the Victoria St. - Gardens via Drummond St. North service. Gives details of 29 tables or runs, numbered from 3 Run to 38 Run. Each sheet headed "Weekdays". Each run details where the driver/conductor would sign on, time, the trips, meal breaks, finish time and the total time of the shift. A number of the sheets have minor notes or changes to the timetable in ink, primarily about the change of tramcar type. Sheet 3, Run 12 had a handwritten addition over the run details at the base of the run details. Was fixed to sheet with adhesive tape. Has been stored in separate envelope with sheets.
