Trolley wire sample from the overhead at the former South Melbourne depot mounted with two nails from the rear on a white painted wooden block, with the label "Tramway Trolley Wire from South Melbourne Depot 1925-1997" The label has been printed onto a manila coloured sheet and nailed to the side of the block.
