This print is a reproduction of an Egyptian papyrus dating from Jan. 7, 596. It is a contract for the sale of wool and the original is held by the Deutsche Wollvereinigung, the German national committee of the International Wool Textile Organization. This print was presented to the National Wool Museum on 29 September, 1998 at a press function during the Pharaohs exhibition. Some of the topics covered in the file include the Rotunda restoration project, the Cemetery’s 150th anniversary, Von Mueller, the Peace Haven Mausoleum, etc. The file also includes a single copy of ‘Boroondara: A Place in the Shade’ published by the Kew Historical Society and the Trustees of the Boroondara general Cemetery in 1980.
