The Argus75 camera is a Twin Lens Reflex Bakelite camera with a fixed focus, aperture, and shutter speed. The lens was branded as a 75mm Lumar, the shutter runs around 1/50 of a second with a small slider next to the shutter release selecting between "inst" (instant) and "Time" (actually bulb). This version of the camera sold in Australian has Argus Lumar 75mm Made in Australia printed on the Lens mount though the camera was originally manufactured from 1958 - 1964 in Michigan, U.S.A .

Significance

This camera was used by Harry Jenkins, a previous resident on Churchill Island.
