Buff coloured card certifying that the named student was a Foundation Student of Preston Technical School which was officially opened on 21st April, 1937. Lists the members of the School Council, the Teaching staff of 1937 and the Evening School staff.
Also held are copy of Foundation Certificate for Foundation student Kenneth Fyffe who was at Preston Technical School from 1937 to 1939; Ken Fyffe's Junior School report; Ken's Merit Certificate dated 21 December 1937; Ken's Junior Technical Certificate dated 6 June 1939; and letter from the Principal regarding Timetable for Supplementary Examinations for Intermediate Certificate.
