Historical information

This Certificate for Meritorious Service was presented to the Russian Welfare Society on the occasion of its Golden Jubilee celebrations in 2005.

Significance

This certificate is recognition by the Victorian Premier, Steve Bracks, of "...the Society's contribution to the Victorian Community" between 1955-2005.
