Two page letter written on one sheet of unlined buff-coloured paper (0808.a) headed M.S.Fenris, Tenerife, Canary Islands and dated 25.04.49. The blue-grey coloured envelope (0808.b) has a 7cm border of diagonal light blue and white stripes. There are two Irish stamps - one brown and one blue.
