Legatee Russell's assessment dated 16 November 1942 of a property owned by a Mr J. Trim at Sackville Street, Kew, in connection with the proposal to establish a Hostel. His main concern was that the property had too much land attached, and he discusses possible solutions before concluding that an alternative property with less land would be preferable.
