Brown leather money belt, with metal buckle. The belt has four pouches on the exterior of the belt with the pouches being secured closed with metal press studs.
At the rear of the belt is the following inscription:
“With Best Wishes from the Mayor, Councillors & Citizens of the City of Prahran”
