A self-folding letter (0834.a) written in blue ink on buff coloured paper headed Calcutta and dated 14/01/50. The outer right-hand side of the letter is blue and addressed to Allen Quinn Esq. 10 Blanche Street, Elsternwick, Melbourne.

Letter commences 'My Dear Allen, How pleased I am to hear from your Father that you will be in Melbourne on Jan. 20th.....' and concludes '..My love to your Mother. From Vera'
