Summary
This report documents the initial policies and plans of the Albury-Wodonga Development Corporation for the growth of the city. It outlines the intitial proposals and long term goals set down for the development of the Albury -Wodonga area to establish it as a major Australian city. The Albury- Wodonga Development Agreement was signed on October 23. 1973 by Sir Robert Asking, Premier of New South Wales, Rupert Hamer, Premier of Victoria and Gough Whitlam, Prime Minister of Australia.
