Carmichael & Weber, Auction of 40 Grant Street Malvern East, on 5th August 1995. Edith Boyd, Robin Boyd's mother, purchased this house in 1927 and called it Burdes. Edith Boyd later moved to East Burwood where she died on 31 March 1961.
