.1 Recipes ranging from ginger beer, rumbled eggs, cauliflower soufflets, fish souffle, orange marmalade, cakes and puddings. Also includes some household hints and a knitting pattern for a baby's jersey. Hand written in ink , arranged randomly. Reference to Noorat and some names.
Significance
An early example of favourite recipes collected and handwritten in an exercise book. This is a practice which continues to this day.
