This sewing box would have been used to contain sewing equipment. Used by Miss Francis Quayle in 1890.
Physical description
A tan velvet lidded sewing box with brown satin on the inside of the lid which can be used to store sewing equipment such as needles. The clip is broken and the lid is semi detached from the box.
