These photographs were taken in August 1990 during the Australian Army Chief of the General Staff (CGS) and Regimental Sergeant-Major of the Australian Army (RSM-A) visit to the Army Survey Regiment, Fortuna, Bendigo. Lieutenant General Henry John Coates, AC, MBE was a senior officer in the Australian Army who served as Chief of the General Staff from 1990 to 1992. The name of the CGS’s aide de camp officer is unknown. Physical description

This is a set of four photographs taken on the occasion of an Australian Army General’s visit to the Army Survey Regiment, Bendigo in August 1990. Colour photographs are on 35mm negative film and scanned at 96 dpi. They are part of the Army Survey Regiment’s Collection.
