.2) Book, green covers, ruled blue lines with vertical red and blue lines, entries in blue pen, minimum in red. On the inside cover is a list of 6 people who have been issued with keys to the Bendigo RSL Office (6) and safe(3).
.3) Book, red covers, blue ruled lines with red and blue vertical lines, entries are in blue pen, minimum in red pen. Inside the front cover pasted in a large yellow envelope with the following.
