This certificate was awarded to William (Bill) Clarke of the Bendigo District RSL Bowls in 2001.
He was a long time supporter of the Bowls and the Club holding the Presidents position when the Club was then Bendigo District Servicemen’s Club prior to becoming an RSL Club.
