Historical information

Prior to the merger of RBS, RVIB and VAF, the first two of these organisations undertook to develop a merged library and production service - the National Information Library Service. These documents cover the operational and reporting matters of NILS, including the memorandum of understanding developed to handle the merger of RBS and RVIB in 1999, the merge of NILS with VAF library in 2002 and the letter to members of the merger of the parent organisations in 2004.
