Looks at various ways of cutting the loss on tramway operations in all the three Provincial cities. Includes discussions on Fares and the income, headways, one-man operation, route abandonments, including parallel bus operations, Geelong branch lines, payloads, feeder buses in Geelong, Rosters in particular broken time or broken shifts, light traffic economics.
