A round, shiny pewter tray on a plastic stand presented to President N David during a visit by representatives of the National University of Singapore Drs. Siew, Ratnam, and Chew. The front features the armorial bearings of the National University of Singapore and an inscription. The back features the logo of Phoenix Pewter.
