This album contains a collection of decorative and photographic postcards dating mainly from the late 19th to early 20th century with two c1940s.
Significance
This postcard album reflects the popularity of collecting and displaying postcards which reached a height in Australia in the early 1900s until around 1920. Although the owner of the album is unknown, two of the later postcards suggest that it may have been ultimately owned by residents of Emerald.
