Chelsea Life Saving Club was formed in 1917. The club competed in local and state carnivals across Victoria.
Black and white copy of a Certificate of Life Membership issued to Mr Harry Lint from Chelsea Life-Saving and Swimming Club on January 10th 1927. It was signed by George Tonzil, President and A. E. Wright, Hon Sec.
