Physical description

Box containing two strips of Provera tablets and instruction booklet. Text printed on front of box reads '30 TABLETS/Provera (R) Tablets/10mg/Each tablet contains:/MEDROXYPROGESTERONE ACETATE 10 mg'. Front of box also printed with warnings, logo of manufacturer - Upjohn - and a graphic describing it as 'NEW/FORMULATION'. Back of box printed with dosage and storage instructions, ingredients, and Upjohn logo. one end of box imprinted with batch number and expiry date - expiry date is 'JAN 95'.
