"Dear Mrs King, On behalf of the Worshipful Master and members of the Lodge please accept our condolences on the passing of our late Brother Bill. Your letter was read with great sadness and the brethren observed a minutes silence in his memory. Although Bill had not been able to attend Lodge in recent years, a number of the members, such as Len Kelly, remembered him well and he will be sadly missed. The pins were purchased at a local lodge level, with each lodge having a member designated as a Freemason Hospital representative."
