Colour photograph of a painting of William Saurin Lyster. Painted in 1883 by George Frederick Follingsby. Posthumous portrait based on a photograph. Portrait was commissioned by friends of Lyster after his death. It was donated to National Gallery of Victoria then transferred to State Library of Victoria in 1929.
