These cliiper were found in the Joseph "Joe" Wlodarczyk donation. Burman & Sons hair clippers were a notable product from the Birmingham based engineering firm, especially popular during the mid 20th centuary. Though the company is better known for its automotive and motorcycle componets, they also manufactured manual hair clippers that became popular in barbershops and in private homes.
