Physical description

Cream coloured printed card invitation with rounded corners. Text printed in brown and black ink on recto with the City of Keilor crest at top centre. Verso largely blank with printed invitation number and an adhered yellow catalogue label.

“CITY OF KEILOR / The Mayor and Mayoress of Keilor / Councillor and Mrs R. G. Ratcliff request the pleasure of the company of / The Mayor and Mayoress of Broadmeadows / Councillor R. Evans and Miss K. Fletcher / at a Mayoral Ball / to be held in the Town Hall, Moonee Ponds / on Tuesday, 23rd June, 1964 at 8.15 p.m. / The favour of a reply not later than 12th June, 1964 / Addressed to the Town Clerk would be appreciated / On receipt of acceptance entrée cards will be forwarded.”
