This certificate as a finalist in the Premiers Sustainabilty Awards 2018 revolves around the City of Greater Bendigo, Lovell Chen and Nicholson Construction with the project being "Bendigo Soldiers Memorial Institute Passive House", signed and dated 11.10.2018. The new Passive House was the new extension at the rear of the Soldiers Memorial as part of the major Restoration works to the whole building which began with a letter to the C of GB on 20.10.2011 from the Bendigo District RSL. The building was reopened on 15.11.2018. Refer Cat No 8288.11 for the history and planning. Cat no 8056.4 re invitation to the reopening.
