Historical information

These 25 pages of documents all revolve around the Grinton Nitrate negatives and the journey to the Bendigo RSL Military Museum (SMIMM - BMM) from 2005 - 2009. The main people involved in this were Peter Ball, Murray Poustie Bendigo RSL Museum, Aylene Kirkwood Eaglehawk Heritage Society, Corrine Perkin Bendigo Art Galley, Jean Grinton Jack Grintons Daughter and Dorothy Hammer Bert Grinton 's (DCM) Daughter. The main points were; the possibility of the negatives going to the Australian War Memorial, the donation of to the Museum, meetings re ownership and the use off, the first exhibition and the plans and agreement for a major exhibition being "A Camera on the Somme".
