Physical description
1. Steel tube, sealed one end. The open end has a lug in either side, Item is painted black and embossed on the bottom end is: R^L III.
2. Steel cap. There is a ring mounted on top. On the sides are two slots for locating to the lugs on the tube, There is a paper label glued to the top of the lid.
