The Frogley family were a multi-generational family of builders.
Walter Stephen Frogley, builder, is located at 85 Union Road in the electoral roll of 1943 (B 1900 Armadale; D 1985 Maryborough, QLD). His father was Nicholas Walter Frogley, also a builder; in 1909 electoral roll is listed as resident at St John's Avenue, Surrey Hills.
W S Frogley had 2 sons: John Alfred (1936-2005 - died on the Gold Coast) and Ian Stephen (1940-2013).
Evidence for John Alfred Frogley:
1. Listed on the Knoll-Jackel Australian Biographical History Project (which traces people of Germanic descent) as married to Carolyn Rose Schultz.
2. Apprentice card: Apprenticed to his father W S Frogley at age 15 in 1951 in carpentry & joinery.
3. 1958 electoral roll: Resident at Allan Street, Anglesea, builder.
4. 1968 electoral roll: Resident at 24 Sturdee Road, Mitcham, builder.
5. 1977 electoral roll: Resident at 33 Elm Grove, Kew, builder.
