Benson lived on the property. Subdivision Crown Lot 5 Parish of Gembrook was put up for auction on the estate on Boxing Day, 26 December 1911 at 1 o'clock. Auctioneer T.W. Butcher, estate agent, lived on railway land adjoining Benson estate. Terms: one-fifth cash, balance two years without interest.
